Records Notification

It is the student's responsibility to notify Seminole State College of any change in records, such as address, status, etc. Students are required to keep Seminole State informed of their current mailing address which can be updated through their MySeminoleState account. All documents submitted to Seminole State become the property of the College and will not be returned. Federal statutes require colleges to protect the privacy rights of student records. Seminole State College cannot process requests via email, fax or over the telephone because original student signatures are needed for requests. Additionally, academic record holds may restrict or limit course enrollment and/or the release of transcripts, diplomas or related credentials if outstanding obligations to the College are not satisfied. Evidence of any outstanding requirements will result in a hold(s) being placed on student accounts.
