This course is a study of the theoretical and descriptive aspects of chemistry. The course includes a study of atomic and molecular structure, chemical reactions, the periodic classification of the elements, problem-solving and other selected topics.

Prerequisites: AHS 1200310 or AHS 1200370 and AHS 1200380 and AHS 2000310 or AHS 2003310.
