LEAD Conference

The Leadership Enhancement and Development (LEAD) Conference is a program designed to serve as a resource to new and current club/organization officers at Seminole State College.

All officers of clubs and organizations registered at Seminole State College are encouraged to attend.

2014 LEAD Conference

  • Date: Friday, Sept. 12, 2014
  • Location: Oviedo Campus
  • Time: 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m.

Topics to be discussed during the program include:

  • Understanding your personality using the "True Colors" assessment
  • Conflict management
  • Effective communication
  • Succession planning
  • Recruiting and retaining members
  • Effective time management
