Service Philosophy and Standards
We change lives by empowering, inspiring and educating our students and the community. We demonstrate service excellence by being responsive, courteous, competent and collaborative.
- To redesign the service process of the Student Affairs Division on the Sanford/Lake Mary Campus in an effort to improve the student experience from inquiry through graduation
- To implement a model of service that is consistent throughout the entire College
- To develop a cross-trained, highly functional team that is able to assist every student with the majority of transactions in one designated area
- To implement a service delivery process that demonstrates our service standards (responsive, collaborative, courteous and collaborative)
- To increase the efficiency of all processes throughout the division
