Sanford/Lake Mary

Partnership Center

Seminole State College's Sanford/Lake Mary Campus, the College's first and largest campus, was recently transformed by an $85 million construction and renovation campaign.

The cornerstone of the makeover is the $30 million, four-story Partnership Center, which opened for classes in January 2010. The 100,000-square-foot facility, located next to building A, was created to:

  • Enhance educational opportunities for residents of Seminole County and strengthen Seminole State's partnership with the University of Central Florida, the region's leading university, by providing a base for UCF classes and student services.
  • Provide the College with a new 33,000-square-foot library that supports emerging technologies and provides the flexibility to meet the current and future needs of students.
