Procedure for Students on Academic Probation or Suspension

Academic Probation

1. Obtain a copy of your unofficial Seminole State College transcript. To do so:
   
   1. Log in to the Student Center of your MySeminoleState account.
   2. On the left-hand side of the screen, under Academics, find the drop-down menu that says "other academic..." Select "Transcript Request" from this menu, and click the double-arrow icon to continue to the next page.
   3. Click "View my unofficial transcript."
   4. Select the Academic Institution and Report Type from the drop-down menus, and click "view report."
   5. Print your unofficial transcript.
2. Obtain a copy of your educational pan.
   1. Go to www.seminolestate.edu/counseling/ed-plans, and scroll to the Plans by Degree/Certificate Type section.
   2. Select your educational plan.
      1. If you are pursuing an Associate in Arts (A.A.) degree, click "Associate in Arts Degree Sub-Plans." From the list provided, select the major you plan to study at a four-year college or university. If you are undecided about your college major, select "General Education."
      2. If you are pursuing an Associate in Science (A.S.) degree, click "Associate in Science Degree Plans." From the list provided, select the degree you are pursuing.
      3. If you are pursuing a college credit certificate or an applied technology diploma, click "College Credit Certificate and Applied Technology Diploma Plans." From the list provided, select the certificate or diploma you are pursuing.
   3. Print a copy of the educational plan you have selected.
   4. Meet with your academic advisor or counselor. Bring all required documents with you to the meeting.

Academic Suspension

1. Complete steps 1 and 2 listed above in the Academic Probation section.
2. Complete a Readmission, Fourth Attempt or Repeat of a Course form.
3. Meet with your academic advisor or counselor. Bring all required documents with you to the meeting.
