Policy:
- Due to financial exigency or for more efficient operation of the College, the President is authorized to develop a plan to reduce the workforce in certain areas, programs, or functions of the College.
- Under such conditions, the plan will be developed in accordance with established procedures and approved by the Board prior to implementation.
- The President shall cause a procedure to be developed to implement this policy.
