Policy:

It is the policy of the Board to provide opportunity for free speech and assembly on College grounds for students outside the classroom within guidelines consistent with the educational mission of the institution.

  1. In order to provide an appropriate forum for student free speech and assembly, the President or designee may authorize the use of College grounds for this purpose
  2. The President is authorized to establish procedures to implement this policy and to preserve an effective learning environment on campus.
