Traffic and Parking (Policy 6.040)

Policy:

  1. It is the policy of the Board that parking shall be provided to faculty, staff, students and visitors in parking facilities designated for this purpose, and appropriate fees may be charged for the use of campus parking facilities.
  2. Parking regulations shall be determined by the President, in compliance with Florida motor vehicle laws, and shall be promulgated to each campus community. Parking regulations shall be enforced uniformly on each campus and for each type of violation.
  3. The President is authorized to establish procedures to implement and enforce this policy.
