Computerized diagnostic tests identify individual weaknesses at various levels of proficiency in keyboarding. Alphabetic, numeric and speed drills improve keyboarding accuracy. | 3 |

Emphasis is placed on the systematic control of the life cycle of all records. Principles of cost, efficiency and performance are covered as related to the management of all records. Students will also learn how to manage files on their electronic storage device.
