Women of the Moose Scholarship

The Orlando Chapter #1002 of the Women of the Moose provides this scholarship as part of their community service activities. More information about the Women of the Moose can be found on their website.

Eligibility

First- and second-year students currently working toward an A.S. degree in the Nursing Program are eligible for this scholarship.

Amount

The scholarship is worth $500, and it is offered once a year.

Application Process

• Complete the application, which can be obtained from Judy Laney in the Seminole State Nursing Office.
• Attach a brief synopsis of why you are the best applicant and include a brief summary about yourself.
• Mail to address on application.

Criteria for Selection

• Applications are reviewed by a committee.
• The applicant must attend an interview with the committee.
• The applicant must be available to accept the scholarship at the meeting of the Women of the Moose.
