The Women's Club of Sanford offers scholarships for Seminole State College nursing students.

Amount

Typically, scholarships offered by the Women's Club of Sanford are worth $1,000.

Application Process

• Complete the Seminole State scholarship application.
• Submit the completed application packet to the Foundation for Seminole State College of Florida. Note: The full application package should include the completed application, a copy of your transcript, three letters of recommendation and a typed essay summarizing your goals and financial need.

Criteria for Selection

In order to be considered for a scholarship from the Women's Club of Sanford, you must:

• Be a female 25 years of age or older
• Maintain a 3.5 GPA
• Be a resident of Seminole County
• Display financial need
• Be available to attend the award luncheon
