Florida Nurses Foundation Scholarships

Scholarship applications are available online for the Florida Nurses Foundation (FNF).

• Visit FNF's website for an application and instruction.
• Only applications uploaded through the FNA website will be considered.
• The deadline to upload completed applications is June 1, 2009.
• Send inquiries about scholarships and grants to: foundation@floridanurse.org.

FNF promotes nursing and the delivery of health care through the advancement of research, education and practice. Each year, funds are provided to registered nurses and students for scholarships and research grants.

FNF was established by members of the Florida Nurses Association (FNA) in 1983, and the first grants were awarded in 1986. FNF has evolved to include support of nursing education and research, healthcare advocacy education and to provide assistance to nurses in need. Funding for FNF initiatives comes from FNA member donations, entrusted FNA member funds and FNF fund-raising efforts.
