Paying for College

Seminole State College offers financial resources, including federal financial aid, to support non-traditional students in continuing their education. The following provides an overview of how you can pay for college with financial aid and maintain that aid.

Students who wish to receive financial aid should start by submitting a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The FAFSA will determine how much aid you are eligible to receive. The Financial Aid Checklist gives step-by-step instructions on how to apply for financial aid at Seminole State.

Guidelines for Maintaining Financial Aid

Once you receive financial aid, you must continue to meet requirements to maintain your financial aid eligibility.

Seminole State provides information about these guidelines, but it is the student's responsibility to know what is required for each type of aid they receive. For more information, please view the guidelines for maintaining financial aid.
