Multimedia Technology Services

Service for Outside Groups

Services and equipment may be available to organizations and groups that:

  • Discuss the use of equipment with media production specialists to ensure availability and compliance.
  • Have submitted a Facilities Reservation Form to the Risk Management and Legal Affairs Department for approval.
  • Are experienced in the use of the required A/V equipment and receive orientation prior to the event date.
