The TIM system is used to schedule equipment for delivery to your classroom or event. After you log into the program, select "Schedule equipment for delivery." Multimedia Technology Services (MTS) no longer provides this service. As of Aug. 1, 2013, the equipment scheduling and delivering and support of SmartClassrooms is being provided by Computing and Telecommunications Services (CTS). Please schedule through TIM, and contact the Seminole State CTS Help Desk at 407.708.2000 for assistance.
Note: Faculty members should contact the Print Shop to arrange for their or their students' transparencies to be made.
The CTS staff will deliver and set-up the equipment, providing instruction as needed, along with equipment pickup.
