Send Your Live Mail Messages Directly to Your Smart Phone

Do you have a smart phone? If so, why not sync your Live Mail account to it so that you never miss another important message. Just click on Mobile Phone Setup Wizard, select your phone's operating system, decide if you want to use Exchange ActiveSync or POP Mail/IMAP and follow the instructions. Please use the following information when setting up your smart phone:

Exchange Server settings (Allows you to send and receive messages, syncs your contacts and calendar):

Domain: Nothing for the domain
Username: Your full email address
Password: Your Live Mail password
Exchange Server: m.outlook.com

POP/SMTP Server settings (Allows you to send and receive messages, does not sync your contacts and calendar):

External POP setting: (To receive messages)
Server name: pod51004.outlook.com
Port: 995
Encryption method: SSL

External SMTP setting: (To send messages)
Server name: pod51004.outlook.com
Port: 587
Encryption method: TLS
