Library Services for Visitors and Alumni

Seminole State College is a state-funded institution, and our libraries are open to the public. Visitors and alumni have access to the Sanford/Lake Mary, Altamonte Springs, Oviedo and Heathrow Campus libraries during regular hours of operation; however, borrowing privileges are reserved for faculty, staff and currently-enrolled Seminole State students.

Visitors and alumni may:

• Browse the library's book collections, magazines and journals
• Conduct research on the computers in the reference instruction areas
• Photo copy materials within copyright guidelines
• Access the library's online catalog from anywhere with Internet access
• Access electronic journal databases in any campus library

The reference staff is available to assist with computer access and locating library resources.
