What types of questions may I ask?

Ask the same questions you would at the Reference Desk or over the phone. For example:

  • Questions related to the use of Seminole State's library website, databases or LINCCWeb Online Catalog.
  • Brief questions requiring short, factual answers, such as a source's bibliographic information or the publisher of a book.
  • Questions about research tools and strategies that will help you uncover information for assignments. We can't conduct your research for you, but we will try to lead you to the most helpful resources!
Does e-mail reference include document delivery (the copying and delivery of articles)?

How soon can I expect a response?
