This continuation course from Business Law I (BUL 2241) deals with a variety of topics under the Uniform Commercial Code. It may be used as a required support course, or the student may opt to take Law Office Management during the Summer Term instead.

Business Law II is offered during the Fall and the Spring terms. The fall course is conducted online, and the spring course is held in the classroom. Business Law I is the only course prerequisite.
