Study Abroad Scholarships

Seminole State Scholarships

Seminole State's study abroad scholarships provide approximately $500 toward the cost of participating in a College-sponsored Travel Study Program. For more information, or to request an application, please contact the Center for Global Engagement at 407.708.2907, or email Kevin Konecny.

Non-Seminole State Scholarships

Additional funding opportunities are available through external agencies and organizations. These opportunities are not affiliated with Seminole State and should be explored independently.

• IIEPassport Study Abroad Funding: Offers a comprehensive database of study abroad scholarships, fellowships and grants.
• Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship Program: Awards up to $5,000 to undergraduate U.S. citizens who want to study abroad during the fall or spring semester.
• The National Security Education Program (NSEP) David L. Boren Undergraduate Scholarships: Provide up to $20,000 to U.S. undergraduates who wish to study abroad in areas of the world that are critical to U.S. interests and underrepresented in study abroad programs.
