Alumni Events

About 70 alumni, advisory board members and prospective students attended Seminole State's interior design open house on Tuesday, Aug. 18, from 5-7 p.m. at the College's Heathrow Campus.

Student Organizations

These groups offer students educational and networking opportunities that will help them excel in their careers:

  • The Emerging Green Builders of Seminole State: The student chapter of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). The USGBC is responsible for educating professionals about sustainable design and administering an exam for accreditation in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, or LEED.   • ASID: The student chapter of the American Society of Interior Designers. ASID offers Seminole State students the opportunity to prepare for rewarding careers in interior design by belonging to the largest association representing the industry, designers and students.
