Comp Time/Overtime - What difference does it make?
Correctly managing employee comp time and overtime is an important task for all managers and supervisors. Focus is on real-life cases and applicable legal rulings. The target audience for this course is supervisors; however, all employees are welcome to attend.

Performance Management 1
Course one of the Seminole State Performance Management Series introduces the five-part Seminole State Performance Management Process, and focuses on the actions and outputs of Part 1: Planning for Performance, Part 2: Communicating for Performance, and Part 3: Documenting Performance. The target audience for this course is supervisors; however, all employees are welcome to attend.

Performance Management 2
Course two of the Seminole State Performance Management Series covers the actions and outputs of evaluating for performance (e.g., writing appraisals and conducting appraisal meetings). The target audience for this course is supervisors; however, all employees are welcome to attend.

Performance Management 3
Course three of the Seminole State Performance Management Series covers the actions and outputs of coaching for performance. Topics include diagnosing performance problems and the positive discipline process. The target audience for this course is supervisors; however, all employees are welcome to attend.
