Responsibilities included planning, organizing and teaching classes as assigned. Teaching strategies will be incorporated to foster student learning, success and retention. Will work with other faculty in support of curricula improvement as appropriate to promote students’ success and mastery of course and program competencies. The person in this position will plan, organize and teach classes as assigned. Flexible hours and days, assigned campus location may vary due to enrollment. Works in a classroom environment. This is a temporary part-time adjunct teaching position.
This position requires a Master's degree in field or Master’s Degree with 18 hours in field if degree is in another discipline from a regionally accredited institution in the area of discipline. Transcripts must be uploaded and submitted with the application showing the date the degree was conferred (copies acceptable).
Demonstrated understanding of the learning centered approach to teaching.
Teaching experience desired.

|Finalists and individuals recommended for employment at Seminole State College may be subject to background investigations and fingerprinting in compliance with Florida Statute 1001.64; and Seminole State College Policy 1.020; 2.020.
