  • Advertise inside and outside the college.
  • Career Service - 2 weeks
  • Temporary Part-Time - 2 weeks
  • Faculty, Administrative- 4 weeks
  • Technical (career services) - 2 weeks
  • Technical (professional) - 4 weeks
• Internal:
  • Advertise inside the college only. 
  • Applicant must be current full-time or part-time employee or, if faculty, must have been employed within the past 6 months.
  • Career Service, Faculty, Administrative, Technical (Career Service and Professional), Part-Time - 1 week
• Waiver:
  • Not advertised position.
  • Waive for full-time or part-time employee only. 
  • Must be approved by the President. (Provide supporting memo).
