The search committee for professional positions in grades P10 through P20 should have 3-5 members, and search committees for administrative positions in grades P25 or higher should have 5-7 members. The committee chair may vote. Each committee (1) should be balanced according to race and gender, (2) should be representative of the college population, and (3) should select an EA/EO representative. All members of the search committee will screen applications and will participate in all interviews.
List the name of the committee chair and the name of each committee member on Approval of Search Committee - HR-200. Indicate all applicable areas represented by each member. Obtain approvals before submitting to HR.
