Professional and Administrative Committee Planning Guide

The search committee for professional positions in grades A10 through A20 should have 3-5 members, and 5-7 members for administrative positions in grades A25 and above. The committee chair may vote. Each committee (1) should be balanced according to race and gender, (2) should be representative of the college population, and (3) should include a representative from the EA/EO committee.  All members of the search committee will screen applications and will participate in all interviews.

List the name of the committee chair and the name of each committee member on Approval of Search Committee - HR-200. Indicate all applicable areas represented by each member.  Obtain approvals before submitting to HR.
