Employee Relations

The Employee Relations Office provides consulting services to supervisors and employees on performance management, disciplinary actions, difficult work situations, conflict resolutions and guidance, and interpretation of college policies and procedures. Employee Relations works to support the College in retaining a highly qualified and diverse workforce.

The Employee Relations Office is charged with:

  • Helping employees and supervisors enjoy a supportive environment and great place to work
  • Promoting good management practices and positive workplace behaviors
