• Visit the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida Web site. On the left side of the Web page, under "Quick Links," select "Find a Doctor or Hospital." Under "Plan," choose "BlueOptions (Network Blue)," for Seminole State Plans A, E and F, or "BlueCare (HMO)," for Seminole State Plan B.
