• Visit the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida Web site. On the left side of the Web page, under "Quick Links," select "Find a Doctor or Hospital." Under "Plan," choose "BlueOptions (Network Blue)" for Seminole State plans A, D, E and F, or "BlueCare (HMO)" for Seminole State Plan B.
