Disability Options
Employees may choose long-term and short-term disability income coverage. Premiums vary depending upon the employee's salary and are payroll deducted. The following are the Disability Options offered by Seminole State:
Short-term Disability
Provided by the Gabor Agency

| Premium per month | Employee:$.37 per $100.00 of employee's monthly base salary |
| Comment | Monthly benefit is paid only from the 31st day through the 90th day of disability; maximum payable for each disability is 60 days, although disability payment is generally not received for at least an additional 30 to 45 days. |
Long-term Disability
Provided by Unum Provident.
