- Special coverage for costs related to heart attack, stroke, coronary artery bypass surgery, and several other major medical conditions. Pays to you.
- Pays $5000 the first time you are diagnosed with any of these conditions
- $2500 reoccurrence benefit paid each time one of these conditions reoccurs
- Daily hospital benefit of $300. No maximum
- Continuing care benefit of $100 per day (physician visits, physical therapy, home health care, dialysis, nursing home care, hospice, others)
- Ambulance benefit up to $2000 per occurrence; transportation benefit up to $1500 per occurrence; lodging for adult family member up to $60 per day
- Must be 18-70 to enroll, once enrolled, plan guaranteed for life
