Process Maps
To facilitate efficiency and consistency in approach, the Grants Department follows specific processes to complete tasks during the preaward and postaward phases of the grants lifecycle. As part of the College's internal controls process, the Grants Department periodically assesses the effectiveness and currency of grant-related processes, collaborating with other departments to make adjustments as appropriate. The process mapping approach is used to document current processes, and new and revised maps are added periodically.
