The graduation application deadline for Summer Term 2014 is July 7. To apply for graduation, complete the following steps:
Step 1: Meet with:
Your academic counselor or advisor for a Degree Audit/Grad Check in the Academic Advising and Counseling Office at any Seminole State College campus, or
A Career Program Advisor for your program
Step 2: Complete a Graduation Application (online graduation application not available for Summer Term). You will receive an electronic confirmation to your student email account upon receipt of your application.
Step 3: Submit your graduation application to Academic Advising and Counseling. Your advisor will send your Degree Audit along with your graduation application to the Certifications Office/ESR Dept. no later than July 7.
The honors designation in the graduation program and the award of the honor cord is based on your cumulative GPA, not your final GPA. Once your final term grades have been posted and calculated, the honors designation will be adjusted to reflect your total cumulative GPA and noted on your diploma/certificate.
