Scholarships

One of the most important steps to beginning your college career is to find a way to pay your education. The following links will provide some assistance on your road to success:

General Scholarship Application Procedures

Below are the general procedures for applying for scholarships at Seminole State. You only need to submit one application to be considered for all scholarships. The Financial Aid Office and the Foundation will use your information to provide you with the scholarship support for which you qualify.

  • If you are not currently enrolled, apply for admission to Seminole State.
  • Complete an online application using the Scholarship Tracking and Review System (STARS). Printed scholarship applications are no longer accepted.
  • Attach required and supplemental documents to your online application.
  • If you prefer, submit hard copies of required forms to the Admissions Office on the Sanford/Lake Mary Campus.
  • Review your application to ensure that all required documents have been submitted. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

Note: Some programs, such as CSEMS and Nursing, have different scholarship application procedures. Please visit the individual program pages for more information.
