What languages do you speak? Pampango, Tagalog, English, some Spanish
What do you like the most about living in the USA? Having the opportunity to pursue my education and be independent.
Why did you choose Seminole State? My parents told me about Seminole State so I enrolled. I quickly realized how wonderful Seminole State is and how many good professors teach here.
How would you describe your educational experience at Seminole State compared to what you might experience in your home country? My educational experience at Seminole State is very different than at home. It is more difficult because I have to overcome the language barrier. It is very interesting because here I get to meet students from all over the world.
What are you planning to accomplish while you are in the USA and at Seminole State? I want to finish my degree and help my father move to the USA.
What are your favorite activities and hobbies? Dancing, exercising, running, spending time with friends and family and watching movies.
How has your experience at Seminole State impacted your life? It has made me a better person than I already was by giving me a sense of direction and confidence.
Why would you recommend Seminole State to another international student? Seminole State has many good professors who care about their students and are very helpful. There are small classes, less expensive tuition and many organizations to get involved. The scholarships and financial aid are also very helpful.
