Instructors InformationSharon Moore, Paramedic Clinical CoordinatorSharon Moore has taught First Aid, CPR and EMT classes at the College since 2006. She received her Associate in Science degree in EMS with Honors, her Associate in Arts degree with Honors and her EMT and Paramedic Certificates from Seminole State. She was a Medic in the Army for four years during the Gulf War and worked in the emergency room at Florida Hospital. John Call, Adjunct ProfessorJohn Call teaches in the EMT, Paramedic and Criminal Justice programs. He has worked for the Lake Mary Police Department for more than five years. His certifications include: AHA CPR instructor and first aid. He holds an Associate in Science degree in EMT-B. William Littleton, Adjunct ProfessorWilliam Littleton works for the Casselberry Fire Department as a lieutenant/paramedic and has more than 15 years experience. He has been involved with EMS and fire instruction for many years. He is certified in basic EVOC, AHA CPR, AHA ACLS and first aid, and teaches in the EMT and Paramedic programs. Robert McGraw, Dual Enrollment CoordinatorRobert McGraw has been with Seminole State's EMS Programs since 1996. He previously served in many capacities in EMS throughout Central Florida. He holds an Associate in Science degree in EMS, a Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare Administration and a Master of Arts degree in Education. At Seminole State, he has taught at all levels of EMS and served as the program manager. He also teaches the dual enrollment EMT program though a partnership with Seminole County Public Schools, and develops and teaches online courses through the EMS department. Angel Nater, Paramedic Program ManagerAngel Nater joined Seminole State's faculty in 2002 and has extensive teaching experience in industrial, fire service, community college and hospital environments. Nater holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Central Florida and a Master of Science degree in Emergency Management. He has been a paramedic for more than 20 years and has been actively involved in EMS for 26 years. Stan Human, EMT Program Manager Stan Human, a 30-year veteran of the Seminole County Fire Department, retired as battalion chief of Seminole County's Emergency Medical Services. Human has been an adjunct instructor in Seminole State's EMT and Paramedic programs and also has taught in the University of Central Florida's Department of Management and Administration. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Science from the University of Central Florida and his MBA from Rollins College. Human also received an Associate in Science degree in Allied Health Sciences from Seminole State and attended the Executive Fire Officer Program at the National Fire Academy in Maryland. Emilie Radziszewski, EMT Clinical CoordinatorEmilie Radziszewski has been an instructor for the EMS Programs since 2003. A graduate of Seminole State's Respiratory Therapy Program, she works at an area trauma center and has nine years of experience dealing with respiratory emergencies. She first worked for the respiratory program at Seminole State, then joined the EMS Program as an airway specialist. She later was named EMT clinical coordinator. Andrew Thompson, Paramedic LeadAndrew Thompson has more than 20 years experience as a firefighter, fire inspector II, fire investigator II, fire instructor III, engineer and paramedic. He has been an engineer/paramedic with Orlando International Airport Fire Rescue for 10 years and previously served with the Osceola County and Hardee County Fire Rescue agencies as a senior paramedic, lieutenant and firefighter. Thompson has more than 15 years experience teaching fire science and EMS classes. He has been an instructor and regional faculty member with the American Heart Association in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Life Support (PALS). Thompson is also an instructor with the University of Miami Gordon Center for Research in Medical Education. |
