Phi Beta Lambda

Students enrolled in economics expecting to work in business will be interested in Phi Beta Lambda, a business fraternity. Seminole State has a very active chapter. Phi Beta Lambda has workshops, speakers, and activities including competition in a number of business areas.

Seminole State College Economics students have achieved an enviable record in Phi Beta Lambda over the past eighteen years. In national competition based on a one-hour exam covering both macro and microeconomics, students have won 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th place. In order to go to national, students must have won first or second place in state competition. There is also a district competition.

Should you like more information about Phi Beta Lambda, visit the PBL website.
