Drafting and Design Technology

The Drafting and Design Technology Program at Seminole State College prepares students for employment as a graphic designer or draftsman and is designed to give students a broad base of drafting instruction and its application into various design.

As highly trained members of a production team, students plan and control the details of the building construction process. Student responsibilities will vary according to the industry and type of work performed.

The Architectural Design and Construction Technology Program gives students the tools they need to build a successful career in this exciting field. Seminole State offers a diverse educational foundation that includes both academic courses and the practical application of engineering design principles. Program graduates can begin a career immediately or continue their education at a four-year college or university.
