If you are faced with a workplace challenge:



Step 1: Attempt to address the issue/concern with your supervisor.



Step 2: If the issue is with your supervisor or you are not comfortable with this approach, contact the Employee Relations Office for assistance.



Step 3: After discussing your concerns with the employee relations representative, you may be referred to the drector, human resources or the equity coordinator. If your issue remains unresolved, you may contact the College's ombudsman for assistance.
