Diversity and Inclusion

Seminole State's Diversity Council was established in 2003 to ensure that the College's student and employee demographics mirror those of Seminole County and Central Florida, and to support an environment in which diverse populations are encouraged to achieve their goals.

Purpose

The purpose of Seminole State's Diversity Council is to actively foster an inclusive environment where people respect and celebrate differences, life experiences and cultural backgrounds that enhance the educational experiences for our students, employees and community constituents.
