What should I do if I can't log in to my student email?

If you can't log in to your student email, try the following:

  • Make sure you entered your entire email address in top field: example@live.seminolestate.edu.
  • Make sure the caps lock is on or off to match the password you created. Your password is case sensitive.
  • If you are using Internet Explorer 6, upgrade to a newer version of Internet Explorer.
  • If you are using Outlook 2003 to access email, upgrade to Outlook 2007 or Outlook 2010.
  • If you are using Outlook 2002 or Outlook 2004 for the Mac, upgrade to Outlook 2008 or higher.
