Publications

From design to production, Seminole State's Publications staff creates quality print pieces that support the mission of the College and its individual departments. Services include:

• Graphic design
• Campus print production
• Pre-press assistance
• In-house and commercial printing

Responsibilities

The Publications staff produces various types of materials each year, including:

• Promotional materials
• Formal publications
• Invitations
• Programs
• Newsletters
• Brochures
• Direct mail pieces
• Flyers, posters and collateral materials
• Print advertisements
• The Seminole State College Catalog and Course Schedule

The department also is responsible for enforcing the College's brand standards and monitoring Collegewide logo use.

Requesting Services

Complete the following steps to initiate a request for design and/or production services:

• Submit a Publications work order in the TIM System.
• Attach any related files to your TIM request, including the edited text for your piece. If you prefer, you may put these files on a disk or send them via email to the visual production manager. 
• Schedule an appointment with the marketing and publications coordinator for design consultation.

Please allow a minimum of 15 business days for turnaround on all projects, excluding print time. Weekends, holidays and other days that the College is officially closed are not considered business days.
