College Print Jobs

In-House Printing

• The physical size of any requested print job cannot exceed 11"x17."
• Full-color printing (four-color) is available by quote on a limited basis.
• Full-color copies are always available through the TIM system.

Commercial Printing

• For large quantities
• For special print needs
• Designed according to budget
• The publications department provides complete quote estimates.

How to Request Publications' Services

• Complete a TIM publications work order to request a job.
• Supply edited text on a disk via e-mail or through TIM.
• Schedule an appointment with the marketing and publications coordinator for design consultation.
• Allow two-to-four weeks for turnaround on all projects, not including print time. For rush and complex jobs, e-mail Josephine Lutz, marketing and publications coordinator, or call her at 407.708.2285.
