ICCP

Founded in 1973, ICCP (Institute for Certification of Computing Professionals) is the world`s leading certification body for Information Technology (IT) professionals. The IT industry acknowledges ICCP as the most comprehensive source for professional certifications. The CCP certification exams demand a high standard of IT competence. Those who achieve the certification reflect the proven qualities of a true highly skilled computing professional.

Twenty-five computing societies direct ICCP. These societies are industry organizations and corporations that establish the certification standards. Through the societies, standards are actively promoted to the worldwide IT industry.

ICCP offers two professional designations: CCP (Certified Computing Professional) and CCA (Certified Computing Associate). These certifications have helped to establish a uniform computer knowledge and expertise standard.

CCP certification goes beyond computing knowledge and skills. To obtain the certification, you must sign a document stating that you agree to and will practice ICCP`s code of ethics, conduct, and good practice. With CCP certification, you are acknowledged as a skilled and ethical computer professional.
