Pam Phelps is the creator of the Creative Pre-School Model Program and author of the Beyond Cribs and Rattles and the Beyond Centers and Circle Time curricula. She is a past chair of the State of Florida's Coordinating Council for Early Childhood Services and a past member of the Florida Interagency Council for Infants and Toddlers. She has published articles in professional early childhood and special education journals and directed research in early childhood settings, and she regularly conducts workshops for educators and parents on play and play environments, behavior management and numerous other topics related to young children.
Keith Pentz has been in the field of education for more than 25 years. Co-author of the nationally recognized literacy- and resiliency-based conflict resolution and violence prevention curriculum Peace by Piece, Keith has trained more than 1,000 teachers, administrators and parents to use the curriculum. Keith speaks to groups at the local, regional, national and international level, and his areas of expertise include brain-compatible teaching and learning strategies, early literacy, learning environments, conflict resolution, early childhood curriculum and instruction, and positive discipline models.
Ron Mohl brings more than 14 years of experience in the education industry to his position of lead educational presenter for Lakeshore Learning Materials. In this role, Ron has presented to school districts, public and private institutions, Head Start programs and military bases across the country. By focusing on the importance of play in the learning process, Ron’s trainings help educators enrich curricula related to language development, math, science, music and diversity. Ron presents at numerous state, regional and national conferences, including NAEYC, NHSA and NAFCC, among others. In addition to conference trainings, Ron has delivered keynote addresses that focus on team building, classroom management, physical fitness and health. Ron also partners with educators to develop customized program-based trainings, where he aligns targeted learning materials to the criteria of Environment Rating Scales, Head Start Domains and individual state standards.
Don Monopli is the lead performer, songwriter and presenter for national children’s recording artists The Learning Station. He has personally published more than 390 children’s songs, and he has produced and recorded children’s music releases for KIDS FIRST/University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, Kimbo Educational and the Bureau For At-Risk Youth. In his life's dedication to children’s music, he has presented more than 500 motivational keynote, feature and workshop presentations across the nation.
