Online National Vocational CDA program

Seminole State's Early Childhood Education Department is very excited to offer an Online National Vocational CDA program.

Requirements to Enroll

  • Students must be working in the childcare field while completing the course.
  • 240 hours of actual work experience in a licensed childcare facility or preschool is required at the time of application.
  • Computer programs: Microsoft Windows operating system and Microsoft Word program. Please see the distance learning link: www.seminolestate.edu/dl/students/.
  • Complete the Distance Learning Quiz.
  • 18 years of age.
  • Apply for Admission to Seminole State, the contact number is 407.708.2050.
  • Bring two forms of Florida residency documentation, when applying for admission to Seminole State; Please contact admissions for a list of acceptable forms, or visit the Admissions Web site for the list.
  • Schedule the TABE Test at Admissions.
  • Submit a request for official transcripts to be sent to Seminole State for High School or GED, plus any other educational institution you've attended (Transcript Request Form is available at the Admissions office).
