Educational and Employment Verification(Formerly known as the CDA Waiver Program)QualificationsIf you have an A.A., A.S. or higher degree in any field, you qualify to complete this program. Who needs it?Licensed childcare centers require one CDA qualified teacher per 20 children; this program will exempt you from having to complete a CDA Program. Centers are also required to have one person with a Director's Credential, the credential requires a CDA. Course RequirementsIf your degree is outside of the Early Childhood field, you will need to complete the following courses to complete the program:

Please note that the documentation of 480 hours of childcare experience must be in a childcare setting. Elementary school experience does not count unless it is with preschool aged children. Mail completed Form 5211 to: Florida Child Care Credential Program |
