Selected topics include accounts payable and receivable, cash control systems, worksheets, financial statements, adjusting and closing entries, purchases and cash payments, sales and cash receipts and payroll. This course may be used to provide a foundation for Financial Accounting. Activities are recorded manually and in an accounting software program. Lab fee required.	3
APA1112C	Office Accounting II Using QuickBooks Pro In this course students will learn to use Quickbooks Pro, a computerized accounting software program. Selected topics include setting up a company, setting up and modifying a chart of accounts, tracking invoices and customer payments, entering and paying bills, tracking inventory, using banking features and preparing financial reports. OST1100C	Microcomputer Keyboarding I Students in this course will master the keyboard by touch. Business letters, reports, envelopes, labels and memos are taught using Microsoft Word. This course is for students with little or no keyboarding experience.	3
