LEO0309C Instructor Techniques

This is an advanced/specialized training course for law enforcement or corrections officers. The Instructor Techniques Course was organized and developed to enhance the criminal justice officer's knowledge, skills, and ability to provide efficient and effective training to fellow criminal justice personnel in skill or subject areas dictated by local need. Students should have successfully completed the basic recruit training course or have been exempted and possess sufficient experience and background in the area of public or community relations to have mastered the standard core of knowledge. Officers who successfully complete the Florida General Instructor course may apply this course toward satisfying their mandatory retraining requirement per Florida statutes. Enrollment is limited.
