LDR 3332 - Management and Leadership Development
This course covers the introduction of the theory and practice of management and leadership. The study of management and leadership is accomplished through the use of multiple disciplinary lenses to understand one's self and transcend toward a more inclusive, integrative and global understanding of relationships, organizations, systems and societies. The curriculum addresses the historical, contemporary, theoretical and conceptual development of management and leadership studies and the development of practical competencies for use in leadership roles.
